MPulse may offer fitness assessments using Hume Body Pod technology, photographs, body measurements, and related tools.
These assessments are intended to help establish fitness baselines and monitor progress.
Body composition information is provided for fitness and general wellness purposes and should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis.
Results may vary based on hydration, measurement conditions, device limitations, and individual physiology.
Where third-party technology is used, its separate terms and policies may also apply.
5. Third-Party Healthcare and Prescription Services
MPulse may provide information about or referrals to independent healthcare providers and medical service partners, including OutfitMD.
All medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are the responsibility of the appropriately licensed healthcare professionals involved.
MPulse does not guarantee that any individual will qualify for a prescription, treatment, or specific medical service.
Prescription treatments may be available only following an appropriate clinical evaluation and subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Medical products and services offered through independent providers are subject to those providers' separate terms, privacy policies, billing practices, and clinical requirements.
MPulse fitness services are not a substitute for professional medical care.
6. Purchases, Appointments, and Payments
Prices for MPulse programs, assessments, and services are displayed on our website or provided during the booking process.
Payment may be required to reserve an appointment or participate in a program.
Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, expiration, or membership terms will be communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

MPulse reserves the right to correct pricing errors and modify future pricing or service availability, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.

Consent: By checking the separate SMS marketing consent checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from MPulse.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any MPulse text message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
